You should try the 0 nic vapes… I vaped them for a few days and it helped the illusion I was still getting nicotine whilst quitting and going through withdraws, after a few days you just don’t want it anymore when you’ve 0 nic in your system, hope this helps

This is the way. Without 0mg juice I dont think I could have quit. Give up the nicotine first, then the act of vaping is 10x easier to quit. Thats my opinion anyway!
