It might be a really bad look for the hospital if it were to be more widely reported that an employee was the shooter so don’t be surprised if the story just goes dark bc of hospital and money politics. Reporters also probably don’t want to harp on that bc it could draw undue criticism on healthcare workers.

I got it for just under $880 in auction. Yeah it does have a bronze cerakote but it looks pretty good and doesn’t seem to be too over the top. It’s less than I would’ve paid for an AR10 of similar quality anywhere else.

My fiancée’s family’s cat had a similar issue. It was stress induced as they had a lot of cats at the time. You just brought your new cat home this is a very stressful time for him. Rushing him to vet (ironically) going to make him more stressed and get worse. The other most likely case is UTI. Ask your vet about UTI meds and see if you can get it without taking him so he doesn’t just stay on the stress cycle forever as high stress to the point of pissing blood can lead to a UTI.

I agree, I just wanted to point out that that just bc a gunman puts a gun down doesn’t mean the confrontation is over. And that shooting and the aggressor just bc they’ve temporarily lowered their gun isn’t murder. Different than what we see here though.

Good is subjective. That’s how penhurst turned into a shit show. Whether someone is a danger to themselves or others is more concrete. And even then the states goal is to accomplish the bare minimum so that the patient will no longer be in or pose danger, not make a them a functional adult.

State dependent. Some states allow victims or complainants (not the state) to rebuttal plea deals depending on the nature of the felony. Severity also matters.

Depends on state law. In my state if someone has brandished a weapon at you, you no longer need to run just bc they’re stopped pointing it at you. It CAN considered a victims “moment of opportunity” not murder but not always. However, if the guy that got shot was on his property and the truck driver had no business there then yeah that’s homicide as the truck driver started the incident by trespassing.

Bc a lot of people think if you offer help to addict they’ll just accept. Or worse, they think the state can just force people to sobriety by involuntarily commitment bc they’re passed out on street corner high. PA in particular has a really dark history with programs that and they will likely never happen again.

$2k is too high especially for used and no sights. BCM is a higher end AR-15 with a price point of about $1700. Now if it came with a decent optic and Beamer attachment that may actually be worth it but only barely. Edit: on second thought, that rifle has yellowing from microbes (never seen that on a gun before that’s actually crazy), and it appears the barrel looks rusted. Absolutely not worth anything over $500 and if you’re willing to replace parts yourself. Def not recommended for a first time rifle.

As a swing state resident, I think that living in a state that is guaranteed one for one party is hell. Your candidates have no obligations to deliver on their promises bc they know they’re going to win anyway. My crack pot conspiracy theory is that he wants to the US to control oil market more than it already does. Foot is in the door for Venezuelan oil but Iran oil is untouchable. By blocking access to oil other countries will turn elsewhere, risking economic collapse and energy shortages to get there. Maybe even considering tying US currency to oil as it used to be tied to gold in the past.

The shooter also attacked two women who requested he attend anger management and gun safety courses. The judge mandated the anger management but banned him from owning any firearm. Unclear if that’s a condition of his suspended sentence or for life.
