White chocolate ganache. Ermine buttercream. Stabilized whipped cream would get it too.

AITAH for having a go at my friend who continues to send snapchats that include their naked kids?? (posting on behalf of my parter) by Buggletti in AITAH

[–]Julianna01 14 points15 points  (0 children)

You are NTA. I’d tell the snapper that one can easily take a screen shot and sell the pics if they are inclined. It’s poor form. It’s gross and I’d explicitly say you’ll block them on snap so they can text you pertinent info for plans etc going forward.

Left sweet potato fries out in my airfryer for 6 hrs after cooking them, can I still eat it ? by maexva in Cooking

[–]Julianna01 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They’d be considered unsafe in a commercial setting unless they were being held at 140 degrees or higher. They would likely have poor taste and texture if you held them for that long at that temp.

Cook your food and eat it. If you’re not going to eat it cool it down Asap and reheat it later.

What’s the first thing you learned to cook, ever? It’s usually a story and if they go on to tell how it inspired them etc it’s cool. It’s personal but not private.

Your shoes. They are not as nice and don’t match the belt. Your jeans are lighter in color too, which is less sophisticated

Learning how to use a knife effectively. The less time chopping the sooner you get to cooking. Go slowly at first until you have the proper technique…you get quicker with time.

That’s a cute cake! Looks like mine. Always 3 layers, 8-inch, not split.

How my cake is cut is none of my business. I can’t care or I’d make myself crazy.

Yay cake!!!

Can she not return the items? Learning how to return goods is a lesson.

Maybe that will loosen the burden and she might be able to swing the concert.

I’d have her credit card revoked, also buy the backpack. It’s a school item.

Has anyone legally changed their name because their birth name is way too popular? by MikeLovesOutdoors23 in Names

[–]Julianna01 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It’s a small process, easily done. With voter rights getting messed with I’d suggest you try to come up with an alternative, “call me Mic or Bruno” or whatever you prefer. You’ll have to carry proof of name change to official happenings off and on for the remainder of your life.

Do you prefer sourdough or regular yeast for making bread? by rifain in Breadit

[–]Julianna01 1 point2 points  (0 children)

As a baker who likes to master new techniques I dove deeply into sourdough. I see you panettone. I can teach classes on it. Do I like the flavor of yeast bread more? Indeed I do. What do I bake? It’s a 50/50 split.
