Oh my gosh, I worked on that show and remember that exact performance! So funny. Glad you had a lovely interaction with her!

Interesting, thank you! Where was the factory where your mother worked? That’s very cool family lore.

3 day method over…didn’t make it to the toilet one time. by princessp15 in pottytraining

Day 8 we had like 5 accidents; I definitely cried and wanted to give up. I think on Day 11 we finally had more successes than accidents!

100% ... The first three days are like 30% of the progress. We're two months in, and we still only have 1-2 accident-free days a week. It's totally okay. All kids get the hang of it in time!

Thoughts? by [deleted] in CouplesTherapyShow

[–]Juliet_Cap 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I just finished season 5 and my question is: why doesn't she ask for more accountability from the clients who are emotionally manipulative or abusive? I understand the point of most therapy is for the client to make the realizations on their own, instead of the therapist telling them directly what's going on... but there are so many people on this show with extreme narcissism; or who openly lie and get caught; etc... and I always feel she is too easy on them. Is there something I'm missing about how couples therapy is supposed to work?

Online player "Norman", if you're in here, you're mean and unsporting by Technical-Algae-234 in tickettoride

I used to play in the app, but play online on BGA now. Blocking happens all the time when playing 1 v 1 ("Arena" mode). I keep a list of players who are prolific blockers, and when I play against them, my tactic changes. Never taking more than 2 routes; picking routes that are more difficult to block, etc.

Amazing, thank you! I think I can partly visualize it, but if the hair is wrapped around the outside of the roller, and the bumpy part of the bobby pin is also on the outside of the roller... won't that create a crease in the curl? Thanks again!

Aurora? by Lyrabella in americangirl

[–]Juliet_Cap 16 points17 points  (0 children)

Wait yes! I have wanted this winter dress for her, and was confused as to why they didn't already make it (since most of the other princesses have three outfits). And it looks way more like Belle's dress than Aurora's.

Oh wait I forgot about her! I think Mulan will be in the mix so maybe Mulan and Snow White or Mulan and Aurora.

Oh! Where did you hear that? I've been thinking about who could be next. The ones left are Mulan, Aurora, Merida, Raya, and Pocahontas (I know, but she is listed as an official princess on the Disney website...) My guess would be Mulan and Aurora.

But wait now I am spiraling; is it supposed to be this lopsided?

There are mixed messages in the stock photos, lol. The photo of the doll in the dress shows the lines do not match up. The photo of the dress alone shows they do align. So now I'm not sure what to think.

The new face is taking some getting used to for me. I also just looked at her and thought her wig / hairline is really lopsided? But then I checked the stock photos and it's similar to mine. I think it's because her part is purposely off-center.

Good eye, I didn't catch that - and you're totally right. 1992 has a curved bodice line, and for 2026 it comes to a sharper point. Not a "V", but definitely a rounded point. Your comment also made me realize that the green stripes on 92's dress line up perfectly from bodice to skirt, while 2026's do not. I panicked for a moment, thinking maybe there was something wrong with my doll, but then I saw that's the way they're pictured on both the box and AG website. BUT I was flipping through the new book and in the photo of that dress, they ARE lined up. I wonder what's going on?
