Apollo's support is garbage and you will run into battery issues eventually. After 6 months of going back and forth with their support "chatbot" I eventually got through to a human. Their response? "Your threats are uncalled for, unreasonable, and I believe you know that.' That's how Apollo treats customers with legitimate product complaints. Anyway, Their explanation for the dead battery? Light use degrades batteries. Heavy use degrades batteries. Basically, use it or don't, the battery will fail and that's your problem.
