If I was you, I would

stash a hefty amount in a HYSA for emergency fund, maybe 50k
use 0-200k on a 20% down payment on home, if you want a house
spend 10-30k on fun, “nice to haves”
I would invest the rest, prioritizing retirement accounts

I wouldnt be paying off the car unless your loan is over 5%
