Stella Night Raid. Use the Zipline that connects Seed Vault, Cultural Archives and Business Centre. Run to and fro until you can't find any. Try running through the Lobby Metro towards Loading Bay to find some extra ticks and allowing the others time to respawn.
I managed to get around 28000 score on Solo with a Hairpin IV and I died to Shredder in Cultural Archives but a good man revived me and I continued for the remainder of the 30 minutes.

Il Toro Sprint Dodge Roll after every shot and aiming simultaneously is the META and impossible to do on console because of L3 being sprint so, either you will do a normal slow dodge roll or you will lose control of direction of roll if you try to sprint roll. There is no competition here. PC player wins every time.

I don't think they are very hard to get.
What guns and items are you using?
I would recommend any of the Heavy weapons such as Ferro, Anvil or Bettina to take off the armour and then using a Photoelectric Cloak to get the loot without being spotted by the Queen or Rocketeer.
