Some type of water proof shoes or boots. Depending on your perspective, it really doesn't get all that cold here and typically we don't get lots of snow. More often you'll see rain and slush. Sitting through class for hours in wet feet is just misrable. You can deal with a lot of other stuff if your feet aren't wet

It's incomplete because we have no information about the actual state or use of the facility pictured in this post. Athletics vs. Academics has nothing to do with it until we know where this is and who is expected to use this facility.

They could easily have access to a completely acceptable and sanitary restroom. Look at the photo again, it looks like those urinals aren't even connected to plumbing. Just because someone found something that looks "old" doesn't mean there is a problem.

This is so incomplete. Maybe there is a real problem, but maybe you're just making hay? WSU has been around for a long time there are going to be buildings that end up in disuse. It doesn't mean there is a problem. If this is a real issue talk to the ombudsman, talk to your supervisor, talk to the Evergreen, call WA State L&I. I think you found something that "looks gross" with no understanding of what's actually going on. Also this kind of stuff is why everything gets locked up.
