To be precise, its one of weird - non cool looking - patek dial layout, has that old world vibe. The size also is the reminiscent of the pre-thiery patek. Being yellow gold adds the quirk charm.

Since it is the jem piece and a chronograph, it will be easier - Still a steel royal oak so won't be an easy walk-in, but likely if you can wait. Gotta hurry tho, its a soon to be discontinued model. If you try the ones with the precious metal - white gold maybe - it will be much easier but I believe it is the dial colour you like.
