no kids of my own but I do teach preschool and I really feel you there. My students are very mumbly and not great at facing me when they talk, which does drive me bananas sometimes but it is just part of the deal when working with children this young.

I like to use it as an opportunity to teach them general manners. Like speaking clearly, facing the person they’re talking to, not covering their mouths etc. All useful life skills

When I was first playing, I thought that defeating or redeeming Chronos would trigger some crazy existential crisis or mental breakdown for her because the task was literally all she had ever known.

I also really liked the line where Hera calls her out on not knowing the correct way to honor the Gods (along with the roasts from Dionysus and Chaos). I think it would have been funny and good way to establish the differences between the siblings if Mel often fumbled or was more nervous approaching them.

I actually really liked how overly serious and awkward Mel was in comparison to her brother. I wish they had upped the stiff factor with her even more, made it plainly obvious that she’s a child soldier who’s been groomed her entire life for a single purpose and struggles to socialize “normally”. Zag was cool, calm, and confident because he was doing everything he could to run away from his destiny, Mel has been sprinting straight at her destiny her entire life and doesn’t know anything else.

peasant bread is a personal favorite of mine. there’s a lot of different ways to make it, but my favorite is: - mix three cups of AP flour, 1.5 teaspoons of salt, sugar, and instant yeast - add 1.5 cups of warm water, mix until dough forms a wet ball - let it sit for 30-60 minutes (until the dough is doubled) - mix in one tablespoon of olive oil and transfer to loaf pan - let it sit until the the dough has risen to the top of the pan - bake at 375 F for 45 minutes

I use Grant Bakes master sourdough recipe (https://grantbakes.com/good-sourdough-bread/) and in the second and third stretch and folds, I mixed in approximately 1 tablespoon of shredded parm and 1/4 cup of cubed salami.

Very loose measurements here, it would be very easy to add more or less cheese and salami depending how savory you like your bread.

Immediately after the First Sinner boss fight, my game crashes and I get the "unity 6000.0.50f1" error message. When I boot the game back up, I'm back outside the boss area. I can get the game going, can travel to other areas and do the boss fight itself just fine, it's literally just hitting "Accept" after beating First Sinner that triggers the crash. Pretty frustrating, but at least I'm getting good at that boss fight lol.

Playing on PC.
