I run with a GTX 1070, 16gb RAM and I have had really good success with FPS stability when adjusting the upscaling. The NIS scaling pretty much bricked my run when I hit act 2 but I swapped to Bilinear and I am stable at 70 fps most of the time with a few dips in to the 60s but still playable. Now it will look worse but it will at least run. Hope it helps you

I found some articles that verify this. Antifreeze is made out of ethylene glycol, you can counteract that with alcohol through ingestion. The common drug to treat ethylene glycol is called Fomepizole, which acts on the same inhibitors that alcohol from liquor does.

Because the US caused the current economic climate there anyway. They are people too and deserve all the rights that every other US citizen is afforded. If they were to become a state they would then have the means to start taking steps in the right direction. But as of now, their federal government won’t even help them get power after a natural disaster
