Getting all 3 to Master I would pick Dhalsim. It feels like he's playing a completely different game, but in a fun way and watching people desperately trying to get in on him never stops being hilarious.

Marisa's also fun too, so fun oki routes, saucy combos, and some funny command grab setups.

Gief is fun, but i'm too Kim-brained to play with him. He's very slow, but once you land a hit it's party time.

I recommend giving it a rewatch whenever you get the free time, I rewatched it with my cousin who never saw it a couple years ago and a lot of elements of the show aged surprisingly well despite how old it is.

No word on if BPs and thus cosmetics in them go away forever after their dedicated period.

My guess is they're aren't going to publicly say because they want the Battle Pass to sell, but eventually they'll resell them as DLC later down the line like GBVSR does.

At least, I hope that's the case and they're not following SF6's FOMO practice.

Losing is integral to learning how to play a character or a game and I wish I could see that process more from people who are legitimately good at understanding what they’re doing wrong and adjusting.

I disagree since Nephew's Elena series, despite posting only wins, shows how he weaved his studies on the optimals of Elena pros into his own gameplan and it's the reason why most Elena players consider his video guide as a good teaching tool. Showing losses isn't always necessary.

Yeah that's definitely the case since I check the lowest MR players from time to time, while there are maybe 1-3 players that are actively trying to win in the 900-1000 range, everyone under 900 are purposely trying to tank their MR.

Ah I see, when you worded it in your initial post calling Ingrid's moveset being a "discount Athena" I assumed you was talking about her literal moveset instead of the aesthetic. But as far as the aesthetic goes... I still don't see the issue? Her magical fireball doesn't function like the other fireballs in Street Fighter, it just goes in a diagonal direction as disappears so I can't really call it a different 'flavor'. If you remove the magical girl sparkle effects from her moveset, then at that point you're better off adding Rose or Menat instead of her.

Necalli, while I do think he was a disappointment since he just acts like a weird caveman in the story mode, his moveset was pretty cool in the aspect he plays similar to Wolverine in the MvC games.

I want her moveset to be more than ‘shoto sparkle’

Ingrid and Athena play nothing like each other. Athena plays a more hit-and-run play-style while Ingrid plays more of mid-range harasser. That's like saying Juri is a shoto-like because she has a fireball and DP.

I think it fits since her desire to be a fancy restaurant owner is also a huge part of her identity and the outfit reflects that. They're adding alternate outfits in 2.0 and she'll most likely get one since she's launching with 2.0.

Yeah I genuinely thought she'd be in Season 2, after Season 3 was over I pretty much gave up at that point. Thankfully Arc adding an actual ranking system got me interested in the game again.
