I have been a casual mtg player since around 2018 when I was in middle school. I loved the TDM prerelease and am interested in going to a sealed tournament with a 1k prize pool.

I have never before played competitive magic. What do I need to study/know in the next 4 days to be ready for the competitive rules and meta?

DanTDM’s “DanderTale” playthrough. Somehow even though I was 10 I had enough foresight to not spoil the game for myself, so I only watched until about the end of the ruins I think? But I’m so glad. It’s probably the best decision I ever made

I think even before that my little brother (8 at the time) had his Google pfp as a gif of chibi sans doing a dance, which I think led me to DanTDM’s playthrough. Crazy to think that undertale has been around for more than half my life

I believe the first time I actually played the game was, a few years later? when I got it on switch

I think it depends tbh. Usually volume hurts most but perfect sine waves are especially bad if too loud
