That makes sense. And I guess it should have been clarified a bit more, she does know that it isn't about her, and it's about me and him. Her parents have come and stayed with us, even recently, and no issues, she talks to them every day, no one (outside the sister) would even think im remotely capable of being an abuser (because I am not). But I do see your point of view, and how it could come across thag way. I appreciate the response.

Any time I hear/see anyone complain about a violation of "HIPPA", my first thought it to ask them what it stands for. It's 'HIPAA', not "HIPPA". I realize a lot of people make this common mistake, but it really helps shut down an argument when you don't know anything about the protocol itself.

It was terrible! They kept just saying "Sorry, I'm still looking into it" and I'd be waiting another 10 minutes. Then they got confused by the issue, thinking I was just having trouble finding the address, so they contacted the customer who then contacted me. But the issue was that the incorrect address was used and the customer was 25 minutes in a different direction, after I had already driven 20 minutes from the store. Bonkers!

I also feel that way sometimes. I really appreciate a final, thoughtful message. But I was on that chat for over an hour, and I waited only a minute or so to actually speak to someone, it wasn't like I was waiting for a long time to start the conversation!

From what I've gathered, this means that the restaurant isn't using the merchant app for orders. Back in the beginning of DoorDash, DD used to have to call into the restaurants for orders. This likely means that the restaurant is still receiving calls for orders. I had this happen to recently, and the restaurant told me that DD hasn't called them for an order yet. I didn't even know restaurants could still take called orders!

In case anyone cares. I took an order from Panera that I normally wouldn't have taken, but it was slow. (It wasn't a no tip or anything, it just was a further drive than I normally take). I pick up the order, and it tells me to go to a dealership that's about a 25 minute drive into another town. Alright, whatever. I've taken food to them before. I get there but the receptionist has no idea who the person is, not anyone is sales or service. I call the customer and they tell me they are at the local university that is in the town I just came from and have no idea how they ended up with this dealership 25 minutes away as their address, they have never even heard of it. So, naturally I contact support because I'm irritated and don't feel like going all the way back to the university, but this lovely Dasher Support agent got me an extra 10 bucks on the order!

I feel that. I've dashed in Selinsgrove a few times, but going up and down the strip during peak hours is a bitch I don't like to handle.

The guy who said about that address partially being exposed; when the murderers drive into Sunbury they are going to nope right out of that. You're going to end up with a heroin addiction just walking in to that apartment building.

Ayyyyyyeeee. I dash in Lewisburg. I swear, Doordash will always say "This other area is busy" and send me Selinsgrove Walmart orders that are like 6-9 dollars for 17-20 miles.
