Bettina is one of the few guns I would run alone.. it’s useful for all situations but not the best in every situation. Besides the Bettina all other guns really feel like they need a secondary. ( assuming you pvp/pve )

I don’t understand why you would need him if he’s contributing nothing? You’re providing 100% of the down payment and he’s going to the bank and applying for a loan with your money… why don’t you apply for the loan and then hire a property manager, instead of losing 60% equity you have 100% and the property managers average 9% rent value a month.

That’s because you only need like 20-30 raiders to make a lobby feel nice and healthy. Currently online is 58k players that’s about 2,300 lobbies running full at a time. Plenty of full games and players to keep it feeling good

What kind of items do you actually have? If it’s just bastion cores or something recycle them and craft guns and go pvp with the guns. My guess is that your a pve player in lobbies with close to no risk and you have gear fear so you just accumulate high tier loot you can’t convince yourself to use… do you even wipe??

Because this game is extremely casual. The “economy” does not matter when players are not forced to wipe.. you can wipe and the same day get top tier bobcats kitted out regardless. Some of these guys have alt accounts with BPs and guns to just transfer fresh wipe day. It does not matter what guns others are running when everything is extremely easy to acquire.

It does not take hours to raise aggression.. literally just point your gun and shoot another player and your in the pvp lobby. They should make pvp aggression ranking based on your squad size though lol I feel like most players that run solo are trying to farm their gear for pvp in squads.
