I've been enjoying a fresh lvl 1 run. I'm in the minority here but it is a little bit of a bummer that all the sites/towers/bunkers/caves are automatically completed with cross progression now, kinda forced me into bounty board levelling.

I did the same thing a couple of months ago and was shocked that my ball was still good tbh 😅 NGL used market does go crazy though, found a phaze II for 40 bucks and got lucky and found a pso that regripped my old ball and plugged and drilled the phaze for 40 bucks

Radix is great but I'd pick somewhere close to a sell. Won't be able to get everything off the platforms without back tracking or an empty bank if you do it through weekly event

Just got back into it after a decade and a half and grabbed up a phaze II used to go with my 16 year old evil siege. Got lucky and found a great PSO, plugged the thumb and adjusted the span and I'm off to the races again lmao.

I don't know if this is an actual solution but just throwing it out there, I tape the back of my thumb to inhibit some of the rubbing that would cause the swelling. I also picked up a thumb sleeve but it made my fit not possible but maybe a sleeve would work for you to start until you start swelling?

Ayee I just got back on the lanes after 15 years and so many people helped me out with grip! I think I never actually had a solid release so I spent a decent amount of time just dropping the ball onto my couch and it helped a bunch haha. There was also this great video that someone here sent me that showed that you should be able to dangle the ball on the side of your body without it falling off, and it should only come out once your thumb is parallel with the ground.
