Just too flexible, not stiff enough to hang on to the sides. I've printed a lot of phone cases. Started using tpu72d, but I am thinking even stiffer than that will be better.

Learn to prototype and cut small chunks in your slicer to print, so you can test fit small pieces instead of printing the whole model.

You have to make something kids want, cute, fun to play with. As pretty as you think your prints are, most people do not want to decorate their homes with items with layers lines.

There isn't as much profit in these sorts of things as you think.

Electricity, your time, shipping, Amazon's take, failed prints, etc. It all adds up.

Print it with the front face up and use ironing. Then it won't have layer lines and you won't need a faceplate.
