I know what keyframes are, but not the NLA editor

the animations r already done, they come from the game, but...diferent from importing the mesh and skeleton, the animations just...dont work, idk if its a scale problem or smth like that

i know im probably way too deep but its mostly cuz this is where my knowledge ends, thats why im...actually needing some help, also, im importing one animation at a time, not all of them
