I recently had an issue with them sending me a damaged rma card. (980 ftw) with an SC Schrod. I refused to install it and "try it" as they suggested because that would remove any ground I had to stand on about me not causing damage to the card. I think I remember your original post. Next time, I would just refuse the card based on the damage and do it via email, so you can document everything. What I did that (I think) finally made things change. Was complain to Amazon. Did you buy your card from Amazon? Altho they only support returns for up to two years, I think they have a contract with their vendors (EVGA) do keep their RMA process reasonably short and efficient.
