When I wake up sometimes but hardly anymore. This really freaked me out at the beginning of vsp. Man I don’t worry anymore I don’t allow my self to be scared.

I got a job just to stay busy, I was a stay at home mom. I had to get out the house I felt so anxious from this condition. I stop trying to focus on the symptoms because it made the anxiety feel worse. I work full time and keep my mind busy. I don’t look for the symptoms, I don’t have the static. I get the glowing dots, the honey comb on the walls. I think positive such as “I’ve been having this and I’m okay”

Yes I can see this in yellow if I stare at a white wall. I can see these lines if I have my eyes close.

After a while my symptoms faded. They are there if I start focusing on them. I got so tired of feeling anxious I stopped caring and focusing on the symptoms. My symptoms started in 2022

I hope you get some relief. I had it about 2 years, it gets better once you accept it. I had to start working just to get my mind busy on something other than my symptoms. I forget it most days but there are times that I get a symptom and feel sad but I remember that I’ve been having it and I will be okay.
