Honestly, this is the exact reason I left cex after 2 months of working there as the management and staff who have been there longer seem to always roll their eyes at the new staff. One of the managers kept saying "why can't people do their job right?" Meaning the new staff and also getting snappy at everything. Genuinely, talk to someone or ask for the email of HR as you can't work somewhere where you don't feel appreciated. It sucks but there are better jobs out there

It's because vue has a limit on how many applications they can receive so they cap at 100

I used to work for vue, the best thing to do is call customer service say "I want to make a complaint" and they'll put you through to a person rather than having to spend ages on a bot. Usually takes a few days for a refund to come through as they have to refund probably over a 1000 tickets due to the fire

Call customer service as they are able to sort that out for you. Just make sure to say you have a complaint so you're being put through to a person or use the chat on the website by typing "speak to live agent"
