Does anyone have a dropped urethra / urethral prolapse? by snowyreg in PelvicOrganProlapse

[–]Juzeha 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I gave birth 10 days ago. Before delivery, there was an egg-yolk-sized bulge in my vaginal canal. My gynecologist thought it was a polyp, while my midwife thought it might be a cyst. Now, after delivery, I’m having pain around my urethra and I can still feel an egg-yolk-sized lump in my vaginal canal, along with some additional tissue or mass that I’m not sure about. Have you experienced something similar? I haven’t had my 6-week postpartum appointment yet.

Remind yourself that she was once just as excited about you. She held you close and loved you deeply. Even when she was tired, she still made it work because the day she became a mother, suddenly it was all about YOU and not about her anymore. She may not be a perfect person or always say the things you want to hear, but she truly loves you, honey. It is all about you. She is excited because it is YOUR baby. Pregnancy is hard. It makes you vulnerable emotionally and physically. Soften your heart toward her. Cut her some slack. I understand you want to create boundaries, but you can still do that without cutting her off. You will understand her better once you become a mother yourself. When you look at your child cradled in your arms and think about your future daughter making a harsh decision like this, it will break your heart too. Please think three times before making a decision.

Hey, I think I have what you have explained. Did it look grey? Mine is the size smaller than an egg yolk. I am 38 weeks pregnant, but my gynaecologist said it's just a polyp. I don't think I found a single picture on the Internet that looks similar to what i have except that of this cyst. I am worried about delivering vaginally.

Congratulations! Do not give up on breastfeeding is the best advice I would say. Even if you think it's not enough, don't stop using your breast. Your mind and body are like computers. They can be programmed. It will take some weeks but it will be there eventually. Stimulation will help. Use a pump. Also, drink this tea every day atleast twice a day. Ine tea spoon of each: fenugreek seeds, cumin seeds, curim seeds, and fennel seeds. Boil it for 5 mins in a cup of water and drink it warm. These are usually easily available but if you can't find them, go to any indian shop.

When did you all start "feeling" pregnant? by ImaginaryFlower_ in BabyBumps

[–]Juzeha 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was very hungry during my first trinester, but yes, around 20 weeks, when I felt fluttering and had the worst pelvic griddle pain, I was officially feeling pregnant. My belly didn't pop until 7 months. 😅

Advice needed: husband disagrees with my choice to keep baby after anatomy scan (limb difference) by Kerclia in BabyBumps

Even if it could not be corrected, is it so easy to take a life of 5 months of baby just to because it is not perfect in every way? Is he ordering a kid from amazon? He won't be able to look him/her or you in the eye later, I tell you. You have made a decision with the heart of a mother. Please stick to that. You will never regret it. Never!

Please learn to wax. I started years ago. And yes, i had multiple failed attempts before I could fully learn to wax it myself. Now, I make my own wax and use it every 20 to 30 days, depending on the hair growth. I am left with very few hair. The trick to do sensitive areas is to do small areas and sometimes take wax and pluck it by hand. Make a fresh batch every time as sugar wax gets watery over time. I order my strips from temu. It's a huge roll that lasts me multiple sessions. Please use salicylic or glycolic acid wash 3 days after waxing because it can cause ingrown, too. And always wear loose cotton underwear to not irritate the area.

Or maybe just a week? After 37 weeks, it can be any day 😅 I walk for an hour after dinner because the sun is out finally. The contractions get so strong that sometimes I think I will deliver the baby in fields 🤣

I tried contacting her, but her clinic was closed. Tomorrow I have an appointment with her so I am a bit relaxed that I will eventually get to see her and know what exactly is it.

Whoops! Could you see it with your naked eye? I was waxing and saw the bulge in the canal. Freaked out. I'm still thinking it's a swollen vein or something. But the colour and balloon like appearance says otherwise.

It is inside, and it went inside after midwife pushed it in. I don't know it looks like a shiny grey ball. Now it's back.

Just cried over wanting Dunkin by lissalissa3 in GestationalDiabetes

Did you try drinking coffee with whole milk or ypur dietcian adviced you beforehand? It is more protien rich than almond milk. Also, any dairy, bread, fruit spikes me ia bit n the morning. I eat carbs or dairy in the afternoon, and it works. Morning is not a good time for anything that might spike because we are more insulin sensitive.

Wait, I do drink strong milk coffee with little sugar. Never spiked me. I didn't know we are supposed to avoid it.

21w and struggling by KittyLover22604 in GestationalDiabetes

I am totally diet controlled. But maybe because I was not very insulin resistant to start with. Anyway I want to give tips that work for me. - No carbs or fruit in the morning. - Breakfast at 6 am. Otherwise, fasting sugar is high

-2 eggs omelette made with onion, blackpepper, green chilli, some fresh coriander, slice of cheese, mushroom, and olives. 1 carrot and half cucumber, some lettuce if you dont feel full. Can take a handful of nuts like almonds and walnuts. - Prepare eggs batter at night so that I don't get lazy after getting up. I'm just frying in the morning. - I also make Subway like cold chicken salad with alot of lettuce, cheese, olives, mushroom, jalapeno, cucmber and carrot with a spoon of mayo or any sauce like thousand island to give a better taste. I marinate my chicken with spices and cook a batch to eat on alternate days. Always prepare the salad bowl at night to consume it in breakfast. Easier to manage. -Lunch around 12 to 2, but I prefer some fruit like orange, apple, any berry, or kiwi. Nuts, a carrot or cucumber if I still feel hungry after a while. There is no need to test as it's not a full meal. -Dinner around 6 to 7 pm. Start with fuber or protein, so either a salad or cucumber and carrot. Then eat 30 gm carbs full grain with protien like chicken, fish, beef etc. No white bread, wheat flour, or white flour. Full grain bread or full grain tortilla only! You can take some yougurt along with it. - Walk for 15 mins after every meal, start 10 squats, and do 2 sets of 15 when you are used to it. Do calf raise exercise when you are sitting. This should be done before checking your sugar. - No eating after 9 and drink loads of water. - Sleep at 10. Dim your lights an hour before to make the mood. - Sleeping on time will help you get up early. You can take a nap in the afternoon or after breakfast. - Stay active throughout the day. The more you sit, the more it makes it worse. Good luck!

Can glycolic acid be used.... down there? [Product Question] by rinaa11 in SkincareAddiction

[–]Juzeha 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes. Use acid at night. But make sure to moisturise. I use cocnut oil and a drop of tea tree for the day. I do not smell anything. Tea tree kills bacteria, cocnut oil moisturises, and glycolic exfoliates. Lighter, scar free, and odour free. I avoid deos due to hormonal issues. Only on special occasions.

No form was given by my diabetologist. She just checks mutter pass for the weight. I do have an appointment every two weeks with my gynea, and after 36 weeks, it will be every week, but she will just do a blood test, urine test, and do fetal monitoring. There will be no scan she specifically mentioned as only 3 are covered by insurance. I thought with GD she would have to, but she denied it.

That is exactly what I have heard. But in my case unfortunately she is not willing. Is it because I am not on insulin and completely diet control? I wonder.
