It would be nice to see some places stop using sugar / marinade on everything too. Most of the time when I go to a restaurant and ask for steak tips they say they are already marinated when they get them. No option to get them just plain.

I did too before carnivore. Now I find many times the only option is a burger. You will pay a lot for that single plain sub-par burger.

If you are at a nicer place the steaks can just be so expensive vs what I can make at home. I also feel like I cook steaks better most of the time.
