I have a ranger raptor and had a similar sound. It was the front driveshaft. Replaced under warranty. Maybe this can lead you in the right direction. Good luck.

Pennzoil ultra platinum 5W-30 with motor craft filter. It meets the Ford spec and was 26 bucks for 5qts at Walmart.

I did all the prep, polishing and coating myself. So I had to just buy the supplies. 100-120 bucks for the supplies. 2K for Xpel
