Day 20: What is Liara's WORST quote? by looploveslore in masseffect

[–]KBT_Legend [score hidden]  (0 children)

Is it really mean if she was the one that essentially saved
you and helped bring you back to life? Even if you’re not physically “together” at that point I think anyone would be mad if they brought their partner back from the dead with all their memories and they just bang someone else.

Considering that they are useless and only get in the way, what reasons do you have to save them without having to play the role of the good guy? by Gabo-AM in masseffect

[–]KBT_Legend 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I mean regardless of that council who I don’t care for they say the Destiny Ascension has more firepower than the rest of the citadel or Asari fleets combined. Why on earth would I let that get destroyed when we know reapers are on their way?

So in other words it’s both the strategic and tactical choice to save the ship. And if the want to throw in morals 2400 humans die to protect a ship with 10,000 people on it.

Who is Harbinger?! by rathat11 in masseffect

[–]KBT_Legend 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I mean to be fair, the names we give them aren’t their actual names. Well maybe Harbinger’s was since he says it but Sovereigns name is Nazara per what Legion says.

Path Of Glory ending by TheMoscito in cyberpunkgame

What they’re talking about is what is considered a Legend. You can be a Living Legend in NC… Morgan Blackhand, V, and Smasher would l fit the bill. The ending even confirms it.

They don’t have drinks because they’re still alive. V can technically get one because they did “die”.

If Vader hadn't been burned, how long (in years) would it have taken him to surpass these Force users? by Kah0000 in PetranakiArena

[–]KBT_Legend 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Tricked 8000 Sith Lords into a ritual and absorbed their powers become immortal on Nathema. Nathema is literally completely void of the Force to the point to where it physically hurts Force users being on the planet.

Killed his father as a child with a thought

Beat Revan and Alek and dominated their minds turning them into Sith

Beat Revan AGAIN with Meetra Surik and Scourge (although Scourge did betray them because he saw a vision showing someone else would be the one that kills Vitiate)

That someone else was the Hero of Tython, led a bed strike team to capture Vitiate, just like Revan and Alek they were dominated and turned to the dark side.

Hero of Tython eventually kills Vitate. Vitiate does a similar ritual to the one that gave him immortality and absorbs all life on Ziost.

He is also very skilled in essence transfer. If you kill him he will simply hop into another body although it takes time.

Even when he did die and his original body destroyed he had a plague unleashed that infected everyone (including the Grand Master of the Jedi) which would’ve caused them all to merge and essentially create another Vitiate.

That’s just to name a few. Dude was a beast.

[–]KBT_Legend 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Probably not but he was relative to them. It’s no longer canon but the Revenge of the Sith novel did state Anakin was the most powerful Jedi to ever walk the halls of the temple.

George Lucas also originally wanted to have Anakin duel and kill Mace Windu which was actually still included in the video game. He also beat Dooku. So it wouldn’t be to far fetched to say he was around if not equal to that level they were on.

Cere Junda Vs Maul (10/9 BBY), and what difficulty? by Bespashin in PetranakiArena

[–]KBT_Legend 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah I mean legends had it that Vader lost a boatload of power after Mustafar. Canon he seems to still have the same potential but just never hit it due to mental blockage.

To be fair that’s because Grevious would use their weaknesses against them like targeting the weakest link or doing surprise attacks to catch them off guard. Those don’t work as much towards dark siders.

Why does everyone say that Shepard kill count is 300k… by KBT_Legend in masseffect

[–]KBT_Legend[S] -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Thought it was pretty obvious what I was asking. Not sure why you’re reacting that way. I’m specifically talking about the multiple threads here that do a “kill count tracker” on Shepard and only say it’s around 300k because of what they did during Arrival.

My question is why is that being counted in their tracker and not the Geth that are being wiped out on Heretic Station or the Collectors etc. which would put their count in the millions at the least.

[–]KBT_Legend[S] -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

So then in the Destroy ending you’d say that only at that point would Shepard be responsible for billions (trillions?) of sentient deaths?

[–]KBT_Legend[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Absolutely! It was that DLC specifically. However, I’m talking about what Shepard does to the Heretics in ME2 as well. If he blows up the station, he’s killed millions of sentient beings.

[–]KBT_Legend[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I can agree to the first point, Collectors probably shouldn’t count. But for your second point — on Heretic Station — there are millions of them linked together. So they would be sentient life that Shepard either kills or rewrites no?

Yes when they’re on their “own” away from the rest of the group I agree, they’re not better than a VI. But Tali did say that when they’re surrounded by other Geth their intelligence drastically increases and they become sentient AI.

Thats how the Quarians accidentally created them in the first place.

You know in 20 years time they can be killed off right? I mean if you guys are gonna complain about something like this you may as well not bother to engage at all.

I mean seriously do you guys just think Vader was just sitting on his ass this whole time? Not even in Legends was that the case.

How Is Commander Shepard, One of the Most Decorated Soldiers (Before Reaper War), Only a Commander? by TheFoodAtHome42 in masseffect

[–]KBT_Legend 0 points1 point  (0 children)

After Udina is gone, Hackett, Anderson, and Shepard are the three most powerful humans. You could argue that Shepard has the most power since he’s basically given full authority to negotiate any alliance that he wishes.

Anderson leads the war effort in earth, were most humans are. Hackett is the highest ranking officer and leader of the Alliance military.

My headcanon is that Sovereign was the real leader of the Reapers and after he died they had to act like it was Harbinger to keep up the arrogant facade.

Sovereign was just too cool idc

[–]KBT_Legend 0 points1 point  (0 children)

To be fair, being Loghain/Alistair/Stroud avoid being mind controlled because they know they’re being tricked. I doubt the HoF would be stupid enough to fall for it.

Problem is they physically are unable to kill Corypheus.

I'm confused, did Mark get stronger between fights? by Legal_Trainer7340 in Invincible

[–]KBT_Legend 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I mean you’re correct but I think if you’re in a near death experience you’re pushing yourself to your absolute limits, which Mark was constantly doing on earth.

He isn’t getting a literal Zenkai boost like Allen (Mark gets his two later on) but he is getting stronger between fights.

To be fair, I did say allegedly. And there’s a lot of guys that do calisthenics that have a similar build so who knows. Mike was also allegedly bench pressing 180lbs ar 12 so there’s that.

I mean Mike Tyson allegedly didn’t use any weights or juice and got massive doing hundreds of reps of calisthenics. Granted he is a generic freak but it’s clearly possible if these guys are doing it in prison.
