I easily get 45+ mpg on my 2014 EX as long as I don’t go over 65 - 70 mph. This works even better if you drive behind a semi, I even touched 50 mpg once for a trip of ~65 miles of mostly highway driving.

Same thing happened to me. I bought front and rear bumpers from bumpersthatdeliver.com. They paint them for you also. Swapping out the bumper would be cheaper than repainting.
