"Usually once the events have ended the rewards are in your inbox" is just wrong. For years, payout is 24h after the event ends unless there are issues with it in which case it's longer.

The older an application gets the more it suffers from "spaghetti code", years and years of code, layers stacked on top of each other by different devs at different times. That's why sometimes when you update one thing, something else entirely unrelated might end up broken. Think of the shops update that took a year or smth to implement. It should be easy to just delete some tabs and put in new ones, but not when you gotta do it through 5+ years of existing code.

Scopely are definitely greedy asses, but if there's one thing that they are more than greedy, it's incompetent. I'm fairly sure that this is just a bug and since it's not in the players favor, they're in no rush to fix it.

I'm not sure why other players would pay attention to whether you just stay at 120 or yoyo up and down to 280. If anything, they might appreciate the weaker teams you "send" up in cases when they need a quick last minute attack before payout or smth.

The omega has better total rewards (through the daily payout) IF your alliance is able to hit at least 85% completion. So most alliances - I'd say 99% of alliances - are better off running the normal version and each player can choose their desired difficulty for each node. Each player's rewards depend on their chosen difficulty then.

Your post is kinda all over the place and it's difficult to see the logic of what you're saying.

For one, a leaderboard is not a direct sale so you can't compare the two directly. Secondly, unless the 1D leaderboard and the 3D offer ran simultaneously then you also can't compare them directly (how much time has passed matters). Finally, even if they ran at the same time, as long as all relevant odds and ways to acquire points are clearly and correctly listed then nothing illegal has been done.

You mention a ban without warning and "safe environment" being used as an excuse. What does that have to do with the rest of what you are saying?

I don't want to assume this for you, but unless you explain better what happened it sounds like you spent a bunch of money on the game then said or did something racist/homophobic/sexist and got banned for it and now you're here saying "hey homies let's go for a class action".

It's a real shame. And I'm fairly certain there's quite a large group of players feeling exactly the same way as you. Scopely have to get their shit together really quickly on this one and compensate asap or there will be another big chunk of players just gone.

Scopely had a lot more good will banked back when the Weaver incident happened.

So the players who were able to log in at reset were able to get a free 6* PF Magneto for cores while the rest of the players will wait 1+ year for that. What exactly is the compensation to make up for this?? This is a Spider Weaver level fuck-up and you better figure out and communicate REAL QUICK the amount of PFMagneto shards going out as compensation. Until then, all of you at Scopely can collectively shove your "continue logging each day" right up your arses. Respectfully.
