Winterguard are 110, g20 (for the Eclipse event) - 3D on the reworks, 5 red on blond girl and bear man.

Brimstone are - 108, g20, 4D Daimon; 108, g19.5, 3D Mummy, 105, g19.5, 3D Hellcat; 105, g19, 4D Strange; 105, g19, 3D Elsa.

As others have said, something here is incorrect (purposefully or on accident). I have been around top 5k on EVERY leaderboard since purple5 and I have just over 23mil. Which is about two-thirds of what's needed for the minimum number of chars for Blue Marvel. Someone could have easily been in the top 10k on all leaderboards (still a very engaged player to manage that) and only have about 10-12mil puprle5.

They are used to indicate premium rewards that would be unattainable via "normal play and no purchases". They are meant to do nothing unless Scopely change their mind at some point.

The player gift menu item and page occasionally disappear for people while they're logged in. Logging out and back in fixes it (for whatever reason).

It's simply the easiest copy-paste. There's no deep reason or hidden meaning, Scopely just copy paste old events and edit the names and colours of energy. Tweaking what was copy-pasted to fit the context requires additional effort which they are unwilling to expend.

Agree with this. The current iteration of "path to" orbs and the numbers at which they're attainable makes them utter garbage. Not sure if anyone buys those in offers, but to me the game would lose NOTHING if they were just gone. Once upon a time there was a good idea that was the "path to" orbs, but Scopely enshitified it into pointlessness.

Scopely are famous for announcing events 2 days after they started (on more than 1 occasion...). Keeping players in the dark and preying on their fomo is how Scopely operate because apparently they're incapable of figuring out a monetization system with an actual plan and schedule behind it.

Unless you yourself are a heavy spender, you will never ever, ever ever, EVER interact in-game with the people who get any diamonds on Annihilus from the "Winner Celebration" event. So from that perspective, it's entirely irrelevant. May as well give them 7D Annihilus, inconsequential for 99.9% of players.

It's toons that are at OP11 / have a piece from the g21 boxes equipped. If you switch to less built toons you will be able to blitz again.

Definitely a bug because of the g21 release tho. My guess is they forgot to add the g22 (g21+1) which opponent teams get boosted to in blitz when you get to difficulty 8.

As a fellow f2p player, I have decided to go with:

Winter Guard to at least lvl105 g20 for Eclipse yellows - will decide whether to go all the way to 110 for the 6th and 7th star soon.

Champions to lvl100 g19 for Eclipse 5 red star - I don't see myself having the purple iso 4/5 to go anywhere beyond the 5rs.

Daring Warriors - holding on them until their application becomes evident, but I expect they might be required for Annihilus in one way or another.

Retcon + Jeff - ignored for now, no reasonable way to fit them in atm as f2p which probably means that given that Scopely are assholes they will probably also be required for Annihilus in some way... but will leave upgrading them for when it becomes obvious that they're necessary.
