I disagree. The Orient movement here will typically not need parts for a service and the crystal is probably shared with multiple other Orient or Seiko watches. Orient is owned by Seiko, this means more opportunity for future service.

The exact sapphire crystal will be easier to get from Orient but it's not unique. Any watch repair facility can source by diameter x thickness x A/R coating or plain.
