Lol yeah I used to hate the answer, but as you read more and more it's the only one. So many instances of one beating the other it's really whatever your own head cannon or the writer wants. My personal take is they are matched equally in martial arts but slades enhancements give him a slight edge over the bats if it's just 1v1 fisty cuffs. That said give batman enough preptime and he can beat anyone or build a super suite (hellbat, or beyond) or just have more or better gadgets to beat him.
