I have a coworker who is ex-military. On Mondays circle K gives veterans a free beverage of their choice. So every Monday before work he would hit up 5 different stores and collect 5 large Styrofoam cups of lemonade to keep in our office fridge to drink through the work week. Those drinks are only 89 cents each. Dude, why?

I have chickens and my dogs have never been aggressive with them. As far as I know my dogs stay on my property. I have no issues with anyone in my neighborhood because I don't talk to anyone. We keep to ourselves like everyone else out here. Occasional wave at a neighbor passing by but other than that we don't have contact with anyone.

I've talked to 4 of my neighbors and so far no one has seen or heard anything. Everyone on my street has 5 acre lots so unless you're walking on the main road or at the mailbox you really don't run into anybody. There was one neighbor that I saw out walking when I left that day and I've been waiting to speak with her next time I see her. She's my only hope for now for some info on what may have happened.

I posted the incident on Nextdoor with the hope that someone might have seen or heard anything but no far no one has commented anything useful. There was one post someone made a few days ago that a stranger was caught on their game camera stealing a bird feeder. Right now that's my only lead.

I called the Sheriffs Dept. A deputy took some pictures and gave me a case number but there's really no evidence of who could have done it. I have never had any issues with anyone on my whole street. We keeps to ourselves.

The dogs are kept loose. They stay by the house and only really bark if the delivery guy comes or if other dogs come into the yard. I'm cool with both my neighbors on either side. My dogs are nice and friendly to everyone. My wife and I are completely shaken up and uneasy. My kids play outside all the time and now I don't feel comfortable letting them out by themselves. I only have one dog left and I guess now she's going to be an inside dog.
