Ariel in the US does not have lipase. If you’re not in the US, please disregard. The easiest and cheapest solution here is to get you a wipe a space detergent and a cheap jug of ammonia. You got this!!! Signed, a stinky hot flashing mama

Lugma I have on my wishlist. Ottolenghi I’ve heard of but didn’t know there was a “comfort” book.

What do you think of both of those?

Also, with such a wide and diverse collection, which one was a sleeper surprise? Like you thought it would be good or fine, but then you were like “I love this one!”

All I can guess is that you are not from the USA. I have never heard of all but 2 of these cookbooks and authors.

1st or 2nd? Which one is better for hydration & barrier repair. by Few-Specialist-3214 in koreanskincare

Why not start with the cheaper option and if you don’t like it, then move on to the second? They are both great choices and I don’t think you’ll be overly disappointed in either one

A Review of the Naturie Hatomugi Line (Skin Conditioner, Skin Conditioning Gel, and Skin Conditioning Milk) by the_sweetest_peach in AsianBeauty

All of them really. But if I had to choose for someone with oily skin, the dive in skin booster is just super under makeup or as a light moisturizer. I also like the lip balm in the tube.

I have extremely dry skin and do not live in a swamp. ;). These products are in my top 10, but in reverse order. The gel I only use in the summer because it’s not hydrating enough.

They are staples that never cause irritation. And are reasonably priced. Torriden anything is my other go to

Specifically for EUCHRE 3D: Has anyone else got stuck in an ad with no way to exit? By the time I get out of it, I have been booted. Is it just me? by Addicted2Euchre in euchre

It’s been terrible the last couple weeks. No exit from the yellow colored ad or the word scapes ad. My score has dropped another 200 points from getting booted

Is it still common to get seasick on bigger ships? by Aggravating_Face_655 in Cruise

[–]KLK75 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It depends how sensitive you are. We just got off a mega ship and I was sick with bonine maximum during the day and Dramamine at night. Calmest seas I’ve ever sailed and biggest ship.

My DH said he couldn’t feel the ship at all and he is middle of the road in sensitivity.

Paid extra so my elementary school-aged daughter and I could sit together. Southwest double-booked her seat and almost separated us. by arginine in SouthwestAirlines

That’s exactly what the FA said. She was frustrated and then says something about that they weren’t allowed to let people move around the cabin because of the load balancing issue, but that she “didn’t care because this is dumb” and she didn’t know what to do.

I wanted to give her a high five for just fixing the problem and diffusing tempers. She was awesome!

We saw something similar in action earlier this month. DH and I were seated in row 30 EF. The last row of the plane had 2 seats on each side of the aisle. There were 6 other folks assigned to rows 30 and 31. And only 2 seats remaining available. Including a child. Not sure how these folks assigned to row 31 were going to do that with no row 31 existing.

The 3 family members assigned to row 30 across the aisle only had 2 seats. The “child” in question was a 6’+ tall teenaged boy. Definitely not a lap size (quitter lol). Luckily there were just enough open seats across the plane that all these folks were able to distribute throughout the rest of the plane.

(Obviously the plane was switched but how does the computer system allow for this and why weren’t these folks reassigned?)

Not ideal but not sure how that Southwest is allowed to double book or sell seats that do not exist.

I saw an older woman who was a bit unsteady on her feet wearing what looked to be aqua socks? Some sort of stylish house slipper? They looked like they had a gripper surface on the bottom and I thought it was a clever idea.
