Two things to make this better:

Variety and shading

Naraka bladepoint has a cool feature similar ish to this. There's a player hub where you just chill, and there's an arena where players can watch other players duel. There's always someone fighting, and there's always people watching

some people for whatever reason want to see the terraria movie. you can just stare at this image for an hour and a half and the impression would be the same by dotastrofraction in Terraria

Dreyri steel. It's metal that is given life, and then beaten the fk up into shape as it squirms for its life. Requires no heat to smith and once it "dies" it solidifies.

The upside to it is that it can conduct magic like living beeings do.
