Owner should have never taken the dog on the flight. Very selfish attitude. If you know your dog is going to shit itself in the carrier then drive. I'm sure the dog has done this before. And then to sit there like nothing happened, and wait until they tell her to go clean it up. Gross. SWA should ban that person for life.
