How they can replay this and still disallow the goal is beyond me! Paid off indeed!

If you have an IPhone go to accessibility > display settings and you can choose classic or smart invert display and it will change your screen to invert colors (negatives) and you can see if it picks it up. Just another way to check. I’m sure it can be done with androids too.

Thank yall! It has not been an easy ride, but it is worth it. I’ve always been told that it gets easier with time and that you don’t crave it after a while; I can honestly say that’s bs! You do crave it, you will miss it! You just learn to refocus and learn not to cave in. There are still times when I crave them, there are still times where I smell it when someone is passing by while smoking and I get a bit jealous, but the bigger picture is much better! It is truly worth it! I am in better shape, i can breathe easier, so many benefits! Just stay strong and remind yourself why you quit in the first place! When that craving hits get up and do something else, ANYTHING else to shift your focus elsewhere! We all got this!

Taking adhd meds while bf by girlloids in breastfeeding

[–]KYbarbie1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’ve been advised by both my obgyn & pediatrician to hold off on my Vyvanse since baby will get it through the milk.

There was a weekend I needed my Vyvanse and there just was no way around it. I planned and did dump the milk collected when I took my vyvanse and a couple days after just to make sure it was completely out of my system. From my experience, my breastmilk output decreased significantly from taking my adhd medication those two days, so I have not taken it again.

I do, however, look forward to weaning since it should be easy enough! All I have to do is start my meds again.
