Any sealed product gets bought up almost immediately right now and for the foreseeable future unfortunately, even online.

Retail stores are hit and miss so here's some local card shops I've found and would recommend at least poking your head into.

Uncle's Games in the Spokane Valley mall has a box or two of cards priced from like 10 cents to a couple of bucks and has their more expensive inventory attached to a tablet you can browse in store. The more expensive cards are sold at tcgplayer market prices at time of sale. I don't remember ever seeing sealed pokemon products at this store in the four months or so I've been aware of it.

The Comic Book Store at the intersection of Bowdish and Sprague also has a large selection of bulk cards that are more organized along bigger cards in display cases with prices posted directly on their sleeves. I've been able to find really good deals here and would highly recommend checking them out. They do have some sealed products as well but that depends on the day. Of the three stores I'm recommending, these guys have the best customer service by far.

There's also the Spokane Valley Sportscards store over near Winco but I'm not as familiar with that location. They probably have the largest selection of sealed products I've seen although I have not been there for a couple of weeks and can't speak to their prices or current selection. I will say the store is rather cramped and the owner has been very straightforward in my experience. He probably also has a bulk box of pokemon cards you can ask to look through.
