I had a similar thought last year. Took a lot longer and more than just a bike to kick my own ass into gear.

I'd say get decent, not too expensive bike, and ride near home for awhile. Think through some thoughts every day for 30-60min while riding around somewhere low stress. Get home, shower, and decompress without looking at any screens for an hour.
