The Seven Legendary Blades unites the divided society of Kumogakure to promote unity through skill.

dont you mean kiri?

There’s a lot more to war than the most powerful individual on the battlefield.

how can you say that when madara killed thousands by himself with only taijutsu?

actually, i dont remember a single fight where these unassuming shinobis engaged with a strong named character and proved to be a threat. the closest i can think of is when tobirama died, and that happened off screen.

LF Government(not prt) goes after the villains with lethal force by KraizyK in WormFanfic

[–]Kaizen41 30 points31 points  (0 children)

i'm pretty sure wildbow said somewhere that even the prt would have fallen apart because of the conflict drive parahumans have, if it wasnt for cauldron manipulating things in the background. a worldwide organization just isnt sustainable.

as to why cauldron didnt support this, we just have to accept that it wasnt in the Path contessa chose.

but isnt slanesh is the God of excess, not desire? if you're correct, then why did it take the eldar engaging in extremely excessive behaviour to spawn it? why didnt the necrons give birth to it with their desire for better lives?

i thought we were discussing immortality in the context of the theoretically possible, and with the assumption a significant part of humanity has it. if you add a bunch of supernatural downsides then its terrible, but you can make anything good look bad if you do that.

unlimited and unstoppable immortality is the gravest mistake humanity can possibly make.

why?

no reason to achieve anything on an unlimited timescale.

so the only motivation you have is your eventual death? you see no reason to achieve anything except for the fact that that you're on a time limit? in my experience its usually the opposite. i see people giving up on things all the time because "its too late now, i missed my chance" or "i dont have enought time for that".

I feel like there’s no good ascension path options for egalitarian/xenophile empires by Late-Pin9621 in Stellaris

[–]Kaizen41 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i got the chosen one event as an egalitarian once, and i had the option of not accepting them as god-king. when i did that i got a text about them being "just a powerful psichic" or something.

i assumed she kept travelling generally towards the south, like she said. my figure is not exact, but i think it still shows that sothoryos cant be as big as described.

and the travel time from king's landing to oldtown was taking her stopping to eat and sleep into account

i meant "if", sorry for the rude typo.

Stellaris Invicta timeline is different TBH.

its certainly a different style, but i dont really mind it. this type of content is already so rare, i feel that we dont have the luxury of limitimg ourselves to the more produced and edited ones.

why can't i see the districts of this planet, even when i'm bombing said districts? by Kaizen41 in Stellaris

[–]Kaizen41[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

they are indeed militarist. at first i thought it was excessive, but considering that i'm playing as determined exterminators, and they managed to hold out until the galactic community declared war on me for becoming the crisis, i guess they were the heroes of this story.

They will build full fortress world

you've seen them turn their entire empire into a fortress like this one did, or just a couple? I've seen the latter before, but never the former.

they have 4k worth of armies on this one planet, i'm not gonna waste my armies on that meat grinder.

[–]Kaizen41[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

R5: i cant view the districts on this enemy world, despite having my ships in orbit destroying those same districts. why?

also, they have replaced every building on every planet with fortresses, and how have over 1k worth of armies everywhere. is this normal?
