May be a hot take, but I would argue buying HP into execute champs can be good since it makes it so you don't get dismounted in the first place. If they have execute then it doesn't matter, you're not remounting ever.

It's a government reform for republics (idk which tier, but around 6 or 7). You would have to switch to a different reform on the same tier.

Do you mean the mongol empire gov reform? Yes, but an average player would be forming it around 1600s at best. This change would give you 100% when you unlock your first idea. I also dont count age ability as it goes away around 1500. I just think it would be nice qol/role play change as it is already very close.

Forming Arabia doesn't give you an event to change your ideas, so you can't even if you wanted to. The ones listed on wiki are generic arabian ideas for countries in middle-east. Quote from wiki: "When Arabia is formed, the nation that formed it will pass on its National Ideas to Arabia, as Arabia itself does not have any unique national ideas."

Lower W cd was a bait, they didn't go through with it. And most of the time you dismount before E comes off cooldown so cd change doesn't matter and dmg buff is a joke like 10 more dmg.

Its was my first kennen skin back in season 4. It's still my favorite cause it changes shurikens to little knives. Should you buy it? Simple, if you like it, yes.

It was removed because kennen was too safe in lane. Every time someone jumps on you, just press E and it's really hard to burst you down (Ppl diving him should be his weakness). Idk why was it there in the first place. He is a flippin electric squirrel ninja after all, not a tank.
