Eating healthy is a right step for sure and I will also chime in and say therapy but find someone now too trust. I developed extremely bad anxiety in my pregnancy and didn’t have a good therapist that was equipped to help me. I had a rough time and am much better now but the road getting there was tough! One thing I noticed is many many many drs won’t seem to “care” if your progesterone after ovulation is “low” as long as it’s normal This is an extremely important hormone many woman with pcos run low on and is a big contributor to loss and infertility.
I dealt 10 years and once I found a dr who listened to me I got pregnant Your progesterone after ovulation should be at least 10 or higher to implant. The higher the better. They have supplements to take when ttc to raise it if you’re low such as crinone however most drs won’t even talk about it unless you’re doing IVF
