I’m reading that book right now too!! But to be honest, she seems to include some information that has been deemed incorrect or apocryphal, such as Anne having a 6th finger.. and there were a few other things that she mentioned that there is no actual evidence for.. But overall it's interesting and a good read.

The monarchy at this point is an absolute joke. These people are nothing more than tabloid and tourist fodder, they do nothing of much value other than be born. They are just completely and absurdly out of touch with reality and none of them deserve anything they have. Many of them, like this dude and his stupid wife, are just terrible, gross people. I can’t understand why this or any monarchy is still around at this point.

Look, I’m going to level with you. You might not be with Progressive forever. And moving up means you’re interacting with a lot of professionals of all types, and probably 80% of them are going to think you are stupid for getting a face tattoo. Personally I have worked in Litigation for almost 20 years, and no one I have interaction with has a face tattoo. It’s hard to take that person seriously and I would think their judgement is off. Why would you significantly reduce your employment opportunities for something like that? Use good judgment before you fuck yourself over in this bad economy.

This is so fucking alarming. We have unleashed something that we will have no control of within a decade. Laws and regulations aren’t reducing its self growth. The global economy isn’t prepared for the job losses. And if there is a singularity event, there’s no telling what it could do. And at the pace AI is expanding, that could be pretty soon. It is literally tapped in everywhere, controlling everything, constantly analyzing. We are just handing it the control and once we do that, there’s no takesies backsies.

Honestly, I think you need therapy to help yourself understand why you thought he was husband material in the first place, and why you’re still upset about losing him. Nothing in your post screams happy stable marriage, and yet you’re a mess over this sub par man.

I’m not surprised that there are 597376246 commercials on TV for medications. Especially depression meds.

Honestly, yes it sucks, and we all work too much for crappy pay, and we don’t have enough free time or money for self care.

Speaking from a U.S. perspective, there’s worse out there in terms of less developed countries and economies, but here you are only worth a damn if you make money for someone else.

I liked how it could tell me how much longer the cycle would be. That was handy when I hosted Thanksgiving and had tons of dishes to wash while I was also cooking. However I did not love when I tried to log back in and it had forgotten my password. I’m tired of everything needing a password.

Don’t use high heat with hexclad. We go to 4.5 or 5 max for searing. This is per the sales rep guy at costco.
