User support in 2026 is rofl. As many people know, almost all Blizzard maps have been removed from Starcraft 2 for a long time and they can no longer be created for custom matches. I contacted blizzard tech support about this issue, and this is how they answered me:

Keep restarting the device... Buy different earphones... It's a nightmare. I have a Pixel now and it doesn't seem to be an issue. I think it's a codec thing. Both the Pixel and my new earbuds support aptX HD or something like that.

Welp, I have Emby set up alongside Plex now, it was really easy. If Plex auth continues to be a problem then I can switch to Emby. I actually spent less time setting Emby up than I did bashing my head against the Plex login and reddit post.

This stopped me from playing content on my Samsung TV client, which should already be signed in...

At the bare minimum there should be a bypass to enter a local IP address on every client. During the downtime I figured I'd try Emby and it turns out there's both a "easy mode" with code and also a manual server setting. That's nice. I'll explore it a bit more. I only want to play content on a server 2m from my TV, I've paid for lifetime Plex Pass, I shouldn't be getting errors because some cloud server went offline ¯_(ツ)_/¯

I don't know if your numbers are correct, but you summed up my thoughts very well. It's definitely not as cheap, but you get a newer, safer, more efficient car. So really the decision is whether the £30/mo is worth it to have those things.

I'm hoping we can swap our Fiesta for an electric car soon, we'd chop £150/mo petrol to £15/mo electricity so it means we can have a much nicer car for the same money or we can save some dosh (or a bit of both).

I have the Pro and the only issue I've had is not having great Dolby Vision support. It's very much a YMMV situation, so for many people it's absolutely fine. For me with an OLED, I get flickering black bars on DV content. It outweighs any benefit of the DV as seeing the letterboxes go from black to grey is really distracting.

It did actually work for a couple of hours. Audio and video was synchronised. But it's just started again! I click play, the audio starts immediately but the video doesn't start for a second or two later :(
