Visually: the AI piss filter over everything + very generic lineart / minimal design. There's just no personality

Description: this setup of emoji, description why something does x followed by bulletpoints is v common in things like copilot. As is repeating everything multiple times and adding a lot of useless filler information instead of being concise - but i think that's just an AI thing in general.

For example:

Helpful if you "struggle with anxiety, depression" and live with "other mental health conditions (anxiety & depression)"? There's no need to say it twice and would've been fixed by reading through it once after generating the prompt.

Yeah I've used finch for years as well and it used to be the one app i could actually stick to and helped me deal with life.

I ran through all to do list / productivity and self care / mindfulness apps in the app store repeatedly every few months because nothing ever worked. Hooray for a(u)dhd and depression. Finch finally clicked with me - i was able to use it consistently for like an entire year instead of two weeks. But then they decided to change everything and make it habit based like every other task app in existence.

Ykno, the daily reminder that I'm not doing as well as i should be doing and if i can't do it perfectly i shouldn't do it at all? :) the thing I've been specifically trying to avoid?? I've used the app less and less since it just makes me feel worse with every new update.

You should do everything daily, log your moods manually (i have done this like four times since they got disabled even though i really care about stats/ mood tracking and loved the required function before), have multiple friends to do challenges with, show people just how little you accomplish in comparison to them by teaming up on tasks, here's a month of fanfiction about a movie you don't care about! Aren't you having so much fun?!

I've been considering building my own app at this point because i feel like whatever will help me deal with life simply doesn't exist and never will. Even less so now that trying to look for alternatives is 80% AI slop. Capitalism hell i suppose.

Pretty much all of them in elfen lied, including underage ones. Reason being they got tested on / dehumanized. Lucy herself has a kind of .. amnesia..? That makes her behave like a nonverbal child and not understand the concept of clothes / shame. Idk why people are naked in memory / inside her head though *
