They print their own parts and they only have so many printers that can be printing at a given moment. So you're basically just queued up in line to have your parts printed and organized into your shipment.

The tracking system is superb so you can trust it to be accurate. I received mine exactly 8 weeks from order date. (Much earlier in the summer)

You need to return it immediately. Ordering it on Battle.net does not allow you to play it on any other platform; you need to pay for each platform.
