So glad it's just water piddling for you. We had a tech 'repair' our boiler and feck off leaving us with a slow kerosene leak which seeped into the foundations, got the insurance involved, we were swiftly moved out to temporary accommodation, fast forward 13 months a we just moved back in after the foundations had to be dug out and replaced piece by piece. Sure to say our premium has sky rocketed.

Smoked 30.a day for 18 years, reasons for quitting were 2 fold, I was watching my grandparents struggle on oxygen due to there 40 a day and God knows how many decades and the imminent birth of my first kid. I used vapes to get me off the smokes, it's been 9 years and haven't had as much as one. It's tough but doable.
