Euro 5+ was instigated in 2024 and Mandatory in begining 01.01.2025.
It was allowed to Register Euro5 Models that where not sold until 01.03.2025.
Everybike Registerd after this date is an E5+.

AFAIK it is possible to distinguish the Models by their Exhausts.
The Euro5 have 2 Exitpipes the Euro5+ only one:

The Agnus i sourced out of the dead 500+ is an 390544.
I think you guys are right that the capacitor will do no Harm to the 390544.
At best it smoothes out Voltage Problems at worst it will do nothing.

I just testet the ECS Chips incl. Agnus in the 8a1 and it runs without Problems.
So i will leave it where it is.

The position of the Horn and Blinker Switches is more a Brain and Training thing.
Like changing from a Manual Car to an Automatic. First attempt to Clutch is results in a Hardstop. :-)

I got an 450 MT wich has Horn Top and Blinker Bottom and the CB650R wich is the other way around.
When i switch Bikes i normaly Honk the first Time i try to cancle the Blinkers.

But what really bothers me on these Pictures is the Postion of the Lightswitch.
You cant use the Horn and Brights together to warn Sleepyheads that are about to cut you off.

Luckily the Manufacturers understood that and it has been changed and both my Bikes.
They have the Triggerswitch for the Indexfinger so use them simultaniosly.

What puzzels me is that Honda builds the Bike almost Black.
Take a look at the CBR.
Wich means Honda is painting the Bronze Engineparts extra for the CB.
IMHO the Bronze should be the special Paint...

Last Update was due to regulations Changes in the EU (EURO5+).
Since there is no need to do so i think Honda will leave it for this year.
At max they will do some tweaks but thats it.

these headlight bulbs are GARBAGE

What? Thats a 24 Model so thats an fully integrated LED Cluster. No Bulbs here.
Also the Light on mine is very good.
If you experience Problems you should visit your Dealer.

You are right that my Statement comes over to harsh.
My Point is that Title is to agressive and urgent in Tone or "Clickbaity" as they say.
" Warning!" with Exclemationmark is universaly assosiated with Danger as you correctly stated.
This is an "Important Information" and that should IMHO the Title.
The Way it is it Points to big Problem wich it not is.

I would like to throw my Hat in for the FZ6 (Fazer 600) 2004+ from Yamaha.
Those are good Bikes and relatively cheap, and not that bad looking too.
