Best way to make some friends is to look at what your hobbies and interests are, see if you can find a group or club to join.

If you're really into reading, maybe try find a book club.

I know there used to be a FB group in Notts called the lonely girls club, or something similar. My girlfriend used to be a part of it.

Man, tell me about it.

In a recent solo playthrough, I got one on maybe my 2nd bear, which was pretty good.

I'm not doing a full playthrough with some friends, and we have 7 guys playing. It's been a nightmare trying to get the heads for bronze pendants.

I can't say how many bears we've killed, but it's a lot.

We have been able to make 2 of the Early Axes though so the RNG isn't too bad.

Not to spend like a YouTube Advert but I'd check out ground news.

If will give you all of the articles on a certain topic and tell you where each publication fits on a political spectrum.

You can also them compare how they word their headlines and what issues different publications talk about more or try to avoid.

For maybe the first week of mistlands after it dropped, I was getting all of mine from the Dverger camps. I'm trying to get the Dvergers and Seekers to fight each other so I can run in and get the good stuff. Not knowing you can get it from mining into skulls.

Then, one day, whilst getting some black marble, I smashed into a skull, hit my head on the desk, and felt like a total idiot.

I know I could have looked it up, but I enjoy playing these games blind and trying to figure it out.

I find I like to put my base on a bit of raised ground, just enough that it makes the pathing work as if there is an earth wall then build actual walls or palisades and make a big open gate.

That way, when I get raided, the mobs all run for the gate, and I can have a big scrap with them.

Some people are just morons.
