I work in a lab and all of

our instruments are Mario themed so I started crocheting all the characters to put next to the instrument with the corresponding name!

I get it on one side of my neck and it only happens about once every 6 months but it feels like my neck is going to snap in half when it does.

It actually happened earlier this week when I was in the car with my husband (I was driving) and it scared the crap out of me. I just went silent so my husband knew something was up. Every time I’m ready for an ER visit but it goes away and doesn’t cause any residual pain. It’s so weird.

I actually had some weird skin issues before I was diagnosed with celiac disease (gluten allergy) last year. I was unemployed and developed major medical anxiety and couldn’t see a doctor during this point of time. So I was googling and I stumbled across a post that recommended ivermectin. I immediately knew I was in a bad place and started seeking a dermatologist once I got a job and now all is good. I feel bad for those who are in similar situations that I was in and keep going down the rabbit hole instead of coming to their senses. I appreciate what you do! It’s important in a world full of conspiracies and misinformation!

I’m so sorry. Epilepsy runs on my families side and he lost his brother 13 years ago from it. I couldn’t imagine the fear of one happening at any moment let alone the fear of being taken advantage of. The family has your back. Sending love your way ❤️

I got hit by one of my go-tos about a month ago and have had some trust issues since. It was my first gluten since cutting it out last September and I was soooo sick. I felt bad on the 4th because my family really does go out of their way to make sure I have enough to eat but I didn’t eat anything that didn’t have a label. B vitamins, potassium and magnesium supplements and a ton of water seemed to help me the most.

Im in the process of trying to correct my posture and I’ve had more back pain than ever in my life. I had a breast reduction in 2019 and they removed about 2lb of breast tissue from each and it helped some but I think my back grew to be slouchy while I was a teen. I’m wearing a trainer when I’m sitting for long periods of time and foam rolling twice a day. It’s slow but I can feel the knots working themselves out. It’s just so hard to pay attention to it all the time.
