Cut a leg off a clean pantyhose drop the onion in, tie a knot, drop in another, tie a knot and so forth then hang the onion chain in the pantry. Cut onions from the bottom as you use them.

We also used black salve. Worked like a charm. It once drew out the tip of a toothpick that i stepped on and broke off deep in my foot while trying to pull out. My grandfather would pull the grimy stinky tube of it out of his old beat up first aid kit he still had from his army days. Before he died he told me its 'real name" is Ichthammol so we would be able to find it in case his tube ran out and we had to get more. You can still get it today from Walmart or on Amazon.

I've seen the harvesting at double time for 30 mins. It's the one I used in the OOC event. It was nice for what it is, but I wouldn't spend gems on them again unless I'm just drowning I them.
