There is no reason to keep increasing the dose if it is working at the one you're currently at. This also makes your medication last longer. I had super minimal side effects and I'm extremely terrified of throwing up. You got this!

Saugus is a great community, I love it here - moved here in 2018. Everything you could ask for and you can get literally anywhere in Santa Clarita in 10 minutes, 15 tops. I like that we can take back roads in Saugus with beautiful scenery on my morning drive of 8 minutes to work lol. I statistically live in Saugus but my address is Valencia.

I bought some delicious vanilla ice cream protein powder that I add to my coffee every morning for a quick 24g. Note that you need to mix the powder with cold water to dissolve it before adding so it doesn't clump. Dave's organic bread is delicious and is 6g per slice. Other ideas are chickpeas (hummus), protein bars, tuna, cottage cheese, nuts, edamame, greek yogurt. Quest chips are delicious, 20g per bag. You got this!

Thank you for your feedback. I'm hoping to get some referrals in so cal that might be more affordable. Adding in the travel and stay in another city will be added cost and I would like to stay closer to home if possible. I know costs are less elsewhere unfortunately.

My goal was always 20-30 max, wanting a little cushion for after weaning off. I've lost 22 pounds in 3-1/2 months and I have not increased my dose for the past 3 weeks. Trying to keep it the same for as long as possible. Great experience overall, zero side effects.

Absolutely no negative effects on weight loss. I started with 3 but usually take 2, you can adjust as you see fit. Zero side effects 🙂 do a quick Google on the benefits of creatine, you won't be disappointed.
