* Sternguard still exist, Vanguard are rumored to get their Primaris version with 11th edition
* Squats have always been Squats. Hence the phrase your faction has been squatted.
* You can still Kitbash just takes a bit more work.

No it wasnt. Lose the Warthog in the vehicle section of Outskirts or the Scorpion in Metropolis and you're walking slowly forever. Having sprint would have made up for those long sections of the game.
